Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately and email images to info@wickedteathyme.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A replacement will be sent to you.
Returns
We have a 7-day CANDLE ONLY return policy. *Please do not send your return to the return address on your shipping label*
TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Within 7 days of your order, please send an email to info@wickedteathyme.com with a return request, letting us know the reason for your return.
- Once your return is approved we will send you the return address and your Return Authorization number. *Please do not send your return to the return address on your shipping label*
- Please send us the unopened product (ONLY candles can be returned) and please make sure it's in the original packaging. Be sure that the candles are protected and packed securely so that they arrive in good condition.
- The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns, please save tracking information.
- We do not accept exchanges at this time.
- Once your item has been received, we will issue a refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@wickedteathyme.com
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food teas and spices, flowers, or plants -- these include teas and spices), and personal care goods (such as beauty products like soap). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at info@wickedteathyme.com
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
