Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days using USPS. Delivery standard is 1-5 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
For international orders, we generally use either USPS or DHL. Delivery timelines vary (e.g. 8 to 21 days) since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Wicked Tea Thyme is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, FOR CANDLES ONLY, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@wickedteathyme.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
