Chai

A spicy blend coupled with hearty black tea, our Chai is made of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, allspice, cloves, and black pepper to create an invigorating beverage. Usually served with cream and sugar, Chai is amazing both hot and iced, perfect for a summer or winter treat!

Use 1 tbsp (25g) of tea per 8 oz of water. Put Chai in water and heat slowly to a boil. Add sweetener to taste and low boil for 5-10 minutes. Stir and turn pot off. Steep for another 15 minutes. Strain and add up to 8 oz of warmed milk.
